Privacy notice
This page lets you request a consultation with Natural Rejuvenation Med Spa. It is operated for the practice by Willo, the practice’s front-desk software provider.
What we collect
- What you type into the form: your name, phone, email, the treatment you’re interested in, when suits you, and any note.
- How you arrived: the ad or link that brought you here, including the click reference an ad platform adds to the address (for example ChatGPT’s
oppref), and the referring website’s name. This is stored in a first-party cookie (nr_attr) for up to 90 days. - How the page is used: anonymous analytics (PostHog), such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and whether the form was submitted. Form fields are masked and never recorded, and we never attach your name, email or phone to this data. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
How it’s used
Your request is sent to the practice so they can contact you and arrange your consultation. We count how many requests each advertising campaign produced so the practice knows what is working. We do not sell your information, and we do not send your name, email, phone or note to any advertising platform.
